First post on the Coeur Nature Arc en Ciel blog: Being a naturist at heart

This morning, I was reading on Instagram that we are at the end of a cycle before the start of a new one filled with opportunities. I wanted to take advantage of this to launch the Coeur Nature Arc-en-ciel blog to tell you about my life as a naturist of the heart.

The Coeur Nature philosophy of life involves connecting with nature to reconnect with your own nature. There are millions of ways to do this. It is possible, of course, to walk barefoot in the forest, but that is not the only way. One way can be to slow down and fully experience the present by looking up at the sky. In short, listen to your heart and your desire of the moment, even during an intense workday. Every minute of our life is a gift, and it's important to realize the value of this gift.

Every morning is full of opportunities, and I like this idea of being open to the best each day to be surprised by life.

The blog articles will give you an insight into my daily life and my thoughts.

For the first article, I wanted to share with you the names of the members of the Coeur Nature Arc-en-ciel community, the people who have read my books, attended my workshops, experienced individual coaching, and who simply live a better version of themselves every day than the day before. They are naturists of the heart. They listen to their heart, follow it, and live filled with authenticity & vulnerability.

This name is quirky and fully embraced. I often think about being a naturist of the heart daily in all my human relationships, new and old. Unveiling oneself and knowing what to unveil is very personal, and does not in any way touch the physical, emotional, or mental integrity of the person. It is what we choose to present to the world. Experience has shown me that the more it is aligned with one's heart and values, the more impactful it is.

We each have our role to play on earth, each at our own pace...
